For more than 30 years, Dennis Seguin has been creating custom garments, costumes, and evening wear that bring his clients' visions to life. A self-taught designer and master craftsman, Dennis has built a career on creativity, precision, and the belief that every person deserves clothing that fits both their body and their personality. 

Many know Dennis from his years as the female impersonator Haley Ricardo, where he gained firsthand experience creating show-stopping costumes for the stage. He also performed with the cabaret troupe Divas on the Run and was honored to serve as the 27th elected Emress of Reno, Nevada. 

Today, Dennis serves as Costume Department Director for NorCal Arts, a position he has held for the past six years. Throughout his career, he has designed and produced costumes for pageants, theatrical productions, and performances across a wide range of genres and styles. 

Dennis specializes in both women's and men's formal wear, from dazzling stage costumes and drag apparel to elegant evening wear and custom jackets. He designs for all body types and creates garments for children and adults alike.
